A petite dose, le stress est positif car il nous permet de nous adapter aux situations ext\u00e9rieures, mais quand il devient chronique ou aigu, il peut influer de fa\u00e7on n\u00e9gative sur nos vies, m\u00eame \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge adulte. Cela peut nuire au fonctionnement personnel, professionnel et m\u00eame social, et nous rendre parfois malade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment se manifeste le stress ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les signes imm\u00e9diats de cette accommodation aux modifications ext\u00e9rieures sont une acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du rythme cardiaque, une tension art\u00e9rielle et musculaire augment\u00e9e, et un fort taux d&rsquo;adr\u00e9naline et de cortisol. A forte dose, le stress a des r\u00e9percussions sur notre sant\u00e9 mentale, physique et psychique. Chez l\u2019adulte, il peut g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un ou plusieurs des sympt\u00f4mes suivants : probl\u00e8mes de concentration, probl\u00e8me de m\u00e9moire, tracas, ind\u00e9cision. fatigue, troubles du sommeil (difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 dormir et\/ou \u00e0 s\u2019endormir), tension musculaire, maux de t\u00eate, vertiges, troubles de la digestion (estomac nou\u00e9, maux de ventre\u2026), palpitations cardiaques, addictions, somatisations, sentiment permanent de tension, irritabilit\u00e9, pleurs, anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, perte de joie de vivre, perte d\u2019estime et de confiance en soi, perception n\u00e9gative de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, difficult\u00e9s dans les relations\u2026Si vous pr\u00e9sentez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement un ou plusieurs de ces sympt\u00f4mes, il est important de consulter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La PBA pour g\u00e9rer le stress<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On l\u2019a vu, le stress \u00e0 petite dose est stimulant, il permet d\u2019augmenter la vigilance, la r\u00e9activit\u00e9 et donc la performance. Il n\u2019est donc pas question de l\u2019\u00e9liminer, mais d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 le g\u00e9rer afin qu\u2019il n\u2019envahisse pas nos vies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/La PBA aide \u00e0 faire baisser le stress ponctuellement par l\u2019application de points d\u2019acupressure. A noter que chacun peut les appliquer soi-m\u00eame en se r\u00e9f\u00e9rant aux livres du Docteur Pierre-No\u00ebl Delatte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;2\/La PBA nous apprend, aussi, \u00e0 nous adultes \u00e0 relativiser et \u00e0 ne pas \u00e9puiser notre \u00e9nergie pour des choses qui n\u2019en valent pas la peine et qui ne seront qu\u2019un vieux souvenir dans quelques ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3\/Enfin le stress d\u00e9pend de la perception que l\u2019on a du monde ext\u00e9rieur. Certaines personnes peuvent y \u00eatre plus sensibles que d\u2019autres. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la PBA, le consultant va \u00e9vacuer des m\u00e9moires \u00e9motionnelles inconscientes qui influencent ses perceptions et ses r\u00e9actions.
